I did this type of drawing once before but with charcoal and I liked it a lot better.

This is the outside of my box, the general layout of it turned out how I wanted it to. However I wasn't pleased with how the box stayed together so I would def. go back and fix that.

this is the inside of my box, I really liked the paper that I used and how I managed to hold the pencils. Compared to my first iteration it's a lot better.

Another great shot of my egg, I thought I would show the highlight on the sticks better as to match the lines on the egg.

I like blind contour's because even though my hand looks nothing like a hand except for one finger, it's beautiful in it's messiness.

This is my first negative contour drawing and not sure if i'm good at it but I like it. It's simple and beautiful to me because of what is drawn. This cupboard was handed down from Great Grandma and now sits in my house.

My favorite blog was the YKBK blog, simply because the artist's drawings looked sloppy but the they got the point across. I'm a fan of clean cut lines but I'm a bigger fan of sloppy lines and lines that are just drawn without a lot of special attention. I like to draw but I don't like to spend a lot of time to make sure every detail and every line is there.
