This is Jennifer Post apartment in New York. I really particularly like this one because it is so light and airy without being too boring. I love the creme-yellow color of the walls and the glass table top. Also the chandeliers are beautiful. This room is a success because everything flows together in such great harmony.

This room is pretty simple except for the little splashes of light blue. The table is a Robsjohn-Gibbings walnut table and the light fixture is by Fortuny. I think built in shelves and the metal wall fixture really helps the room in more ways then one.

Interior Designer Frank Roop owns this room. I really like the colors and the furniture being in velvet. I also like how the walls look like they're tiled. I really like dark wood floors, which the room has.

Smetana Hall

The splendid interior is the Smetana Hall at the Municipal House in once again Prague. The building itself is one of the most important buildings of the art deco. What makes the concert experience so wonderful in this hall is it's acoustics. I really like how the lights are part of the archways in the ceiling. It really draws your eye to the ceiling to view the magnificent paintings.

This is part of a home in Lamu, Kenya. It's an open master bedroom-bath. This is one of those pictures that when flipping through a magazine it catches your eye right away. I think it's so interesting how they designed it to be so open yet controlling the water at the same time. It's just so beautiful. Also the fact that the bedroom and bath being all open overlooks the Indian ocean. I can't even imagine.
Old English

I love pools and swimming, so when I saw this interior pool that was just as beautiful as the living or dining room in the house. Virgil M. Greca is the interior designer for this home. The floor is surfaced in Beaumaniere limestone and the stain wood trusses open the height of the room up. I really love how the entire house has an old english feel to it, but the pool room in itself also incorporates that.

Nokia's palace

I can't believe this is a Nokia's flagship in New York City. This is on the 3rd floor and the walls rotate colors. I think that sometimes certain companies and their headquarters become very boring. They're all the same, and if I wanted a new phone this room would sell it to me.

This is a room in the Cotswolds88hotel, which is in the town of Painswick. It's an 18th century mansion and the outside is very neoclassical. What really stood out to me in this room is the counter that has upholstered white walls. One of my fav. color combinations is black, white, and yellow. I think the designer did a really good job at making the wall paper not seem as busy or overwhelming as it could be.
