A mess sketch of the top of one of my dressers. I'm actually half pleased with the shading in pen on this one. Normally it doesn't go well for me but, I like this.

I appreciate the attention you've paid to the items on top of the dresser, but I want you to focus more on light and shadow and how it changes everything...including the dresser. It may help to use a strong light in one location while the rest of the room is dark.
